SHEPHERDING

The Shepherding model at OMPC is a process where every member is assigned a shepherding elder who will periodically check in on how each family is doing. This model helps ensure that all the flock of OMPC is known and seen as part of the church.

GRACE-FOCUSED LIFE COACHING

Our aim at OMPC is to enlist, equip and empower God’s people in Christ to be Grace-Focused Life Coaches in order to make a Spirit-filled difference in our world for His Kingdom. Coaching is not telling you what to do; it is simply drawing out in you what God has already put into your life. For more information, please read the OMPC Coaching Road Map.

Life Coaching is designed to leverage all that is in your heart for maximum Gospel Kingdom impact. A coach is a people-developer, who seeks to show grace to all. At OMPC, we have trained individuals who are passionate about supporting others in various areas of life.
