What is our goal when we engage others, especially in conflict? Are hard conversations worth the effort when we think they'll never change or hear us?

The Colliding of Inner Narratives
We carry within us and into our relationships, core beliefs about ourselves and others. Those beliefs are the drivers which cause us to react to others in the manner we do. To make it event more complicated, everyone we relate to has their own core beliefs as well, which plays a significant role in how or whether others hear us.

Do you ever feel there is absolutely no way you can even stand to be in the same room with someone, much less love them? The good news of the gospel is that you now have a supernatural power within you to love well beyond what's easy and even into the seemingly impossible.
